How to Use Plandee Keyword Genius

Step 1: Sign Up and Log In

1. Visit the Plandee Keyword Genius website.
2. Click on the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner.
3. Fill in your email and create a strong password.
4. Verify your email if required.
5. Log in with your new credentials.

Step 2: Set Up Your API Key

1. Once logged in, navigate to the "Get Keywords" page.
2. Look for the "API Configuration" section.
3. Enter your OpenAI API key in the provided field.
4. If you don't have an API key, click the link to get one from OpenAI.
5. Choose whether to remember your API key for future sessions.

Step 3: Upload Your Images

1. In the "Upload Images" section, click on the dropzone or "Browse" button.
2. Select the images you want to analyze (up to 200 images, max 20MB each).
3. You can also drag and drop images directly into the dropzone.
4. Watch as your selected images appear in the list below.

Step 4: Analyze Your Images

1. Once your images are uploaded, click the "Analyze Images" button.
2. The system will process each image, generating keywords and descriptions.
3. You can monitor the progress in the "Analysis Progress & API Usage" section.
4. Wait for the analysis to complete - this may take a few minutes depending on the number of images.

Step 5: Review and Edit Results

1. Once analysis is complete, review the results for each image.
2. Each result includes a description and a list of keywords.
3. You can edit, add, or remove keywords as needed.
4. Pay attention to the color-coding of keywords, indicating their relevance and search volume.
5. Use the "Add" button to include additional keywords if necessary.

Step 6: Export Your Results

1. After reviewing and editing, look for the export options at the bottom of the page.
2. Choose between "Adobe Stock CSV" or "Freepik CSV" depending on your needs.
3. Click the appropriate button to download your results in CSV format.
4. You can also find your past exports in the "Task History" tab for future reference.
